-No. My dad had a hard time letting go of the past. I try to just let things go.
-Violet: I know exactly what you mean. It can be so hard to just forgive and forget, though.

Violet: So this book I’ve been working on… it was my mom’s. I lost it, and I’m trying to replace it, once page at a time. But the more time passes, the harder it is for me to remember the pages. I’m worried one day I’ll wake up having forgotten it all forever.
