Description

An insect you can find in the woods. Use it as bait to catch certain kinds of fish. Can't catch it? Maybe you need to shift your perspective.

Information

In early game you can buy them from Bruno at his stall Soft and Son's Fish & Tackle after completing his fishing tutorial quest.

Another way to obtain them is waiting for Cleocatra to bring you one. This unlocks after she becomes your "Pet".

Also in the Summer, after unlocking the Animal Shapeshifting Spell, you can control Cleocatra, your familiar, to catch crickets and fish. (Hence the "Shift in Perspective" noted in the Cricket's description.)
